Los Aitas by Borja Cobeaga is a heartfelt and hilariously sharp look at fatherhood and friendship. Record Play handled the music supervision, helping to underscore the film’s nostalgic yet contemporary tone with an iconic track – Technotronic’s “Pump Up The Jam”.

Set against the backdrop of clumsy parenting and 80s flashbacks, the song brings the perfect amount of ironic swagger and cultural weight. Licensing such a globally recognized anthem came with its own set of challenges, from rights clearance across multiple territories to aligning usage with the emotional arc of a pivotal scene.
